The Flower-show Hat

This book was produced by the Malcolm Saville Society in 2001 to mark the centenary of Malcolm Saville's birth.  It is a short story which first appeared in the 1950 The Guide Gift Book.  Penny Warrender has an adventure in Rye without the help of the Mortons.

This hardback book is 32 pages long and is 190 x 133mm - the same size as the Newnes Lone Pine books.  As well as the story, the book has a foreword by Mark O'Hanlon, and an introduction by George Jasieniecki.  The dust wrapper illustration is by Kim Spencer.

The book is available to Society members for £18 including post and packing in the UK.  Cheques should be made payable to The Malcolm Saville Society and posted to Christine Walker whose contact details are in 'Peewit'.
