The Jillions stay at their London home for this adventure and explore Docklands and life on working narrow boats.  This is one of Malcolm Saville's best constructed plots and captures the atmosphere of pre-yuppy Docklands.  During their adventures they meet Belinda who is the girl with two fair plaits.
