2027 Annual Gathering! 

HOTEL BOOKING FOR THE 2027 ANNUAL GATHERING AT WHITBY IS NOW OPEN FOR SOCIETY MEMBERS

The 2027 Annual Gathering will be held from Friday 16th April – Monday 19th April 2027 (including an optional group dinner on the Sunday evening).

The host venue will be the Royal Whitby Hotel, West Cliff, Whitby, North Yorkshire YO21 3HA, https://www.royalwhitby.co.uk. The hotel is located by the famous Whale Bone arch and is approximately ½ mile from Whitby Railway Station.

The choice of where you stay for the weekend is yours. However, we have secured discounted room rates at the Royal Whitby Hotel (bed & breakfast). If you wish to take advantage of these, you need to phone to make your booking (01947 602 234) with either Reception or Central Bedroom Reservations. In order that they can apply the group booking rates please quote the booking code (see below) and The Malcolm Saville Society - the hotel is happy to honour the group rate for guests who choose to extend their stay to Thursday 15th April and/or Monday 19th April.

Price per room per night and the group booking code are detailed in the June Clarion Newsflash sent to all Society members.

To participate in the Annual Gathering weekend, SOCIETY MEMBERS MUST REGISTER LATER IN THE YEAR – keep checking the website, future Acksherley!s or watch out for a Clarion giving details of the booking form.
