OXFORD LUNCH

Venue: Browns, 11-15 Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 6HA

Set menu, tbc - 2 courses: £26.50, 3 courses: £31.50. There are 5-6 choices in each course.
Food choices will need to be ordered 14 days before and the menu will be sent out in due course.

Could all who intend to definitely come to the lunch please email the organiser, Julie Hall, directly on julielouisehall1@aol.com as soon as possible and by 21/7/24 at the latest. (Please put MSS Oxford lunch in the subject line).

The venue requires a £10 deposit per person to secure the booking, and it must be made as a group; Clive (MSS treasurer) will receive our deposits and then make a group payment. We may have to do the same re: the balance but Julie will let you know in due course.
NB - DO NOT SEND DEPOSITS UNTIL YOUR PLACE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY JULIE !!  Deposits can be refunded up to 14 days before.

Drinks must be purchased individually on the day at the bar, not at the table and not at the end of the meal - you can use cash or card for these.

NB Browns also charge a 10% service charge for group tables so please add this on when paying your balances.
