15 November - last date to register for places on the event. Please send in booking forms by email or post - your application will be acknowledged and your place(s) confirmed.

31 October - after this date The Dragon Hotel will release any remaining rooms for booking by the public and booking agencies. Currently nearly all their rooms are booked by members of our group, though it is not necessary for participants to stay in the hotel.
